We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics pixels, or cookies for advertising. Our site stores a small amount of data in your own browser (localStorage) to remember your first name and to avoid showing you the same form outcome twice. That data stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere by us.
To decide whether we can actually help you, to prepare for your call so we do not waste your time, and to contact you about that call. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with data brokers.
When you submit the form and check the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or text about your request. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing us at the address below. Opting out does not affect anything else in this policy.
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and your information passes through them only so we can deliver what you asked for:
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data it processes. We do not give any of them permission to use your information for their own marketing.
We keep your submission for as long as there is a live reason to: an open conversation, an active engagement, or a legal or tax record we are required to retain. If we are not working together and there is no open conversation, ask us to delete it and we will.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it. We will not make you fill out a form to exercise a right.
We take reasonable measures to protect what you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will tell you promptly if we become aware of a breach affecting your information.
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
